1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TryZen mobile application ("App") operated by TryZen ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use TryZen only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App.
• Share your account with others or impersonate another person.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to comply with the following safety and security measures:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. AI-Generated Content

TryZen uses Google Gemini AI and Replicate API to generate virtual try-on images and styling recommendations. Please note:

• AI-generated results are for styling inspiration only — actual products may vary.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outfit recommendations.
• Generated images remain subject to our content policies and cannot be used commercially without permission.
• AI results depend on the quality of photos you upload.

5. Photos & Content You Upload

Your content privacy and ownership are central to how we run TryZen:

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to TryZen.
• By uploading, you grant TryZen a limited license to process your photos solely for providing our AI styling services.
• We do not use your personal photos for training AI models without explicit consent.
• You must only upload photos that you have the right to use.
• Do not upload photos containing nudity, violence, or content that violates any law.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

TryZen's Shop-to-Try feature allows you to use links from third-party shopping platforms such as Myntra, Meesho, Zara, H&M, Ajio, and Amazon. Please note:

• TryZen is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
• Shopping and purchases on third-party sites are governed by their own terms.
• We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or delivery of products purchased externally.
• Third-party links are accessed solely for AI try-on image extraction.

7. Intellectual Property

All structural designs and core layouts are protected:

• The TryZen name, logo, design, and all app content are the property of TryZen.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
• AI-generated images created using our service may not be used for commercial purposes without our consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TryZen is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations.
• Weather-based outfit suggestions will always be accurate.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your app Profile page or by contacting us at tryzenai9@gmail.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of TryZen after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
